Click on the Help/? button on the bottom right of this page and fill in the Lifetime Warranty Form, within two months from the original date of purchase.   

You will need:

1. A digital copy (photo or screenshot) of your proof of purchase (a full receipt/order is required, we cannot provide you with a Lifetime Warranty for your product without one). The retailer's name, date of purchase and the Babymoov product name must appear on your proof of purchase.

2. Your full name, address and phone number.

3. The product SKU, this will start with 'A0'. You will also need the batch number of your product; this can be found on the packaging and will be 8 digits long. It will look like 1021 2354, the first digits relate to the date. So, for example, 1021 will have been manufactured in the 10th week of 2021..

The Lifetime Warranty is for domestic use, and does not cover the use of a product for professional purposes. 

When can you use the Lifetime Warranty?

For the first two years following your purchase, you are covered by your standard guarantee.  By registering your product for the Lifetime Warranty your product is covered beyond this time. To qualify for the  Lifetime Warranty, your Babymoov product must be purchased as new directly from , or through our authorized retailers.

What does a Lifetime Warranty cover?

The Lifetime Warranty applies under the condition that the product is used in compliance with the instructions supplied and covers faulty parts. The Lifetime Warranty does not cover deterioration due to improper use, parts that are broken or that have fallen off, battery replacement, fabrics, consumable materials, screen printing, natural wear and tear and some elements such as plastic.

Replacement of lithium batteries is included in your two-year standard guarantee. After two years, if stock is available, you will be able to purchase batteries via and If the particular battery you require is no longer in stock, the whole product will be replaced under the terms of your Lifetime Warranty.

Every request for assistance under the Lifetime Warranty requires a video/photo of the fault or damage. 

The Lifetime Warranty is non-transferable and applies exclusively to new products bought at a point of sale authorized by Babymoov.


How do I use my Lifetime Warranty ?

Please contact our Customer Service Advisor using the Help/? pop up icon located at the bottom right of any page on our website, using the 'Product Support' form.  Please send your proof of purchase and a copy of the email acknowledging receipt of your Lifetime Warranty registration request. In the event of a technical problem covered by the Lifetime Warranty, your product will then be repaired or replaced as soon as possible.
