I Placed My Order—What Happens Next?
Exciting times ahead! We’ll keep you in the loop by sending updates via email, including your carrier info and tracking number once your order ships. All orders are shipped through FedEx (unless we mention otherwise).
Need to tweak your shipping address? No worries! Just reach out to us via our contact form within 30 minutes of placing your order, and we’ll make sure it gets to the right place.
When Will My Order Ship?
Your Babymoov order will arrive within 3-7 business days after you receive your shipment notification.
Do You Offer Free Shipping?
Yes! We offer complimentary shipping on orders over $70.
International Shipping
At this time, we ship to the U.S., Canada, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Returns & Exchanges – We’re Here to Help!
Return Policy:
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of shipment. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns for items purchased through third-party retailers. Spare parts, open box items, outlet deals, and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds & Processing Time:
Once we receive your return and it successfully passes our quality check, we will process your refund within five business days. The refund will be issued to your original form of payment, and you’ll receive an email notification once it has been processed. Please note that your bank may take an additional three to five business days to finalize the transaction and post the refund to your account.
