Duo Meal Station FAQ
Q: The steaming stops before the end of the cycle. How can I fix this?
Try descaling the steaming unit by filling the tank with a mixture of 1 cup of water and 1 cup of white vinegar. Let it sit for 2 hours (ensure the unit is unplugged). Afterward, rinse and dry the Duo Meal Station, then press the "OK" button for 10 seconds. For regular maintenance, repeat this process every two weeks. If it’s been a while since your last descaling, you can let the water-vinegar mixture sit overnight. Please note that the red descaling alert light will not turn off automatically—you must press and hold the "OK" button for 5 seconds to reset it. If you need further assistance, feel free to reach out and we'll be happy to help!

Q: My blender isn't working. Am I doing something wrong?

Q: I have been using my blender for a while and it just stopped working. What can I do?
A:
We're sorry to hear you're having trouble with your blender! The blender may shut off automatically if it's used for too long, in order to protect the motor. This could cause the blender to stop for anywhere from a few seconds to up to 48 hours, depending on how long the motor was running. To avoid this, we recommend: blending for no more than 5 seconds at a time and waiting 5 seconds between each blending session. You also will want to make sure that you use the proper liquid to ingredient ratio, for optimal blending, use no more than 2.5 cups of fruits and vegetables or 2 cups of meat/fish and vegetables at once. If the issue persists, please let us know, and we'll be happy to assist you further.
