Love the humidifier but as already being mentioned the screw on valve is very poorly designed and breaks. It broke within the first month. Even worse, you don't have replacement and you can't use the humidifier without it. I have glued it back twice. Willing to pay to buy a couple but you really should out free replacements.
If you are reading the reviews, you hopefully will address the issue and do so QUICKLY.
By the way, you have a hotline phone number and do business in the USA, but when you call the hotline you only hear French, to be international you need to do better.

I think it does a great job of humidifying. And it stays pretty clean and is easy to clean. Nightlight is beautiful (but I don't like light in my bedroom at night). I don't think the hydrometer is working, but I can still use it. The screw-on valve is badly, badly designed. It fails so often you don't even have the part. Get it. Now. Did I use any words you did not understand? Apparently the warranty is not valid in the US.
Enjoyed the heck out of the humidifier for about 6 weeks before my screw valve also broke like a few others here. I'm disappointed because I love the humidifier, but the valves are out of stock :( Please keep me updated as to when they're back in!
Is this part ever going to be in stock? I bought the humidifier, loved it, but after only a short while it broke and is now collecting dust as we wait for a screw valve to be in stock.
